Topic: The Future of Payment-Based Technology

With the pending onset of a new dimension of payment systems, it is increasingly important for financial institutions to understand the depth of what that means for them. The shift toward EMV-chipped cards and NFC-based payments opens the door for a whole new realm of innovations with added security features. CP Security, LLC not only has made a point of educating the public at large about how this technology works in our favor, but also scrutinizes the pitfalls we face in acceptance of them. This presentation is aimed at examining the principal issues involved for these new technologies and offers a glimpse of what to expect in the future of payments.

Presenter: Kristopher Barnings

Kristopher is COO and Chairman of the Board for CP Security, LLC. Raised in Texas with a "work smarter, not harder" ethic, Kris has spent the past 14 years developing his ideas into what has become the core of CP Security’s products. He is dedicated to creating new technologies that benefit people as a whole.
