Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2015

Time: 6:30 p.m. Dinner Meeting with Program to Follow

Location: Crush Wine Bar and Deli, 7011 S Polk St, Amarillo

Topic: Face Reading

Face Reading is an ancient "art" confirmed scientifically and easily dates back to 6,000 B.C. It helps us truly "see" and understand ourselves, as well as one another, in a multitude of ways. Recognition and understanding are the keys to health, happiness and prosperity in so many ways!

Presenters: Mindy Patterson and Joy Lane

Mindy Patterson was fortunate to grow up with and close to nature on her family's ranch 84 miles northeast of Amarillo. The area's rich Native American history, wide open skies and raw nature served to birth and fuel Mindy's wonder of energy and our place within it. She earned her B.S. from West Texas A&M University and worked as both a freelance and a full time writer and editor before joining the American Quarter Horse Association staff and then working in the Department of Defense and Department of Energy Arenas. In 2008 she jumped off the corporate ladder to pursue her interests of business consulting and energy healing / bodywork. Face Reading is an extension of both and bridges the two seamlessly.

Joy Lane grew up in her parents' Wayside Grocery Store / Post Office / Propane businesses and graduated from Claude High School. Joy received her B.S. in Home Economics from Texas Tech University. Her career has spanned serving the public through the local electric and gas companies as their home economist to covering Colorado to Canada putting on Taste of Home Cooking Shows. She currently serves as a Child Nutrition Specialist for Region 16 Education Service Center assisting school staffs in the top 26 counties of Texas and teaching throughout the state.
