My Best Self:  Leadership and Growth Insights for the Aspiring Credit Union Employee

Nearly 40% of employees are not actively aware and able to identify their emotions as they are OCCURING! This disconnect between what we think people see, and what we actually project not only affects our interactions with members, but our coworkers and managers as well. During this workshop, we will explore the crucial characteristics that are needed to succeed and grow in the workplace. With a focus on six essential strategies for better communication and growth, our time will be spent discussing and challenging the group to rethink who they are and how they show up.

About Josh Allison:  Josh is the Founder and Chief Ideator for ThinkCafé, a credit union consulting company committed to authenticity and relevance.
