Speaker Profile

Dean Borland, VP, Credit Union Resources, Inc.

Mr. Borland has forty years of credit union experience. He is a Southwest CUNA School (SCMS) Award of Excellence graduate, 2002 SCMS Alumnus of the Year, and SCMS faculty member for over 20 years. He served six years on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Chapter of Credit Unions including Chapter President and is a featured speaker for the Cornerstone and South Carolina Credit Union Leagues and CUES on topics including: lending, facilities planning, marketing, professional presentation skills, sales and service.

Mr. Borland's expertise includes Management, Operations, Corporate Strategic Planning, Leadership Development and Professional Coaching, Teamwork and Training. As vice president for Credit Union Resources, Mr. Borland's primary duties include product assurance and credit union strategic planning facilitation.
