JUDGES "BLIND" VOTING
(1 Blind Choice Award will be presented)
We will pick 4 individuals to be our "blind" judges
They must be willing to test each entry
Judges are set at their own table
Judges are given numbered chili entries to taste and judge
Note pads will be provided to each judge
****Prize = $200 VIP Gift Certificate to Rahr Brewery****

PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD
(1st, 2nd and 3rd Awards)
Attendees can taste as many entries as they wish
Votes ($) will be determined by the amount of cash in their entry bucket
$1 counts as 1 vote
Winner will be the entry with the most $$$
****Prizes = $50 gift card for 1st place and $25 for Second and Third place****

 RULES:
*Contestants must provide a crock pot worth of tasting chili
*Chili must be made in advance (cannot be made on location)
*Power will be provided
*Blind judging will begin at 6:15
*Blind judging winner will be announced at 7:15
*Peoples' Choice Awards will be announced at 7:45

Taste, texture and flavor

Complete This entry form and return it no later than Tuesday, October 17th

OTHER DETAILS
Chili cooks may arrive as early as 4:30 for setup and crock pot warming

COST & RSVP
CU's under $10 million in assets are free, $10 million - $20 million are $20
The cost to attend the Event/Dinner is $35.

Preferred partners must make reservations for all attending.
Reservations received after Oct. 17th will be billed $40. Reservations not cancelled before 5 p.m. on Oct. 17th will be billed.
